Program Strengths:
 Diagnostic hematology and cytology, National Cytology Resource Center, with catalogued glass slides and chemistry data, mock board exam, formal coursework, histopathology training.
Training Activities:
Formal coursework, seminars and rounds, independent study, teaching, clinical diagnostic duty, research lab rotations, research opportunities, outside rotations considered.
Additional Training Areas:
 Surgical biopsy, electron microscopy, research techniques, flow cytometry.

General pathology, neoplastic histopathology, ultrastructural pathology, immunopathology, statistics, biochemistry, molecular biology.
